Since our teashop first opened in 2015, we have offered a selection of medicinal herbs to fulfill our clients needs, since then our small herbal corner has been developing and expanding as we have been formally studying and learning about herbal medicine and its application to rebalance people's well-being.
Apotek is a dedicated space for our plant medicine department, directly managed by one of our founding partners and practicing herbalist GGrippo (read statement below). The original selection of single medicinal herbs has been refined and updated, and we have created and added herbal formulas for common issues such as: improving digestion, promoting relaxation, immune system boosting, cold and flu relief, and several more designed to be taken on every-day basis or as needed. All these pre-packed herbals are available from our online store as well.
We have also selected a few brands of reputable nutritional supplements for enhancing and complete your nutritional needs: Gaia Herbs, Banyan and Pure Encapsulations are now available from our store shelves.

Our natural need for feeling well, both within our bodies and in our exterior environment informs the custom-made protocol that I design for each client.
A suggested protocol will most likely include recommendations about nutrition, plant medicine, vitamins/supplements, lifestyle adjustments, environmental considerations and time."
