Traveling with Tea Ceremony

The island of Mallorca, one of the Balearic Islands of Spain, was the destination for collectors and enthusiasts of textile art in May 2024. We had the chance to offer Tea Ceremony during the week-long event at Palau Can Vivot, a 14th century palace in the old town, daily sessions were offered to artists and visitors who experienced, sometimes for the first time, the "calm-alertness" of the medicine of Tea.  Artists GGrippo created a space dedicated to Tea Ceremony with the collaboration of four Mallorca artists that used local materials to create the elements for the space.
